Refund Policy
We will refund 100% of your entry fee less $25 if canceled on or prior to August 1st ; 50% refundable less $25 fee if cancelled on or prior to August 16th; 25% refundable less $25 fee if canceled on or prior to August 23rd. No refunds after August 23rd. We do not refund on-line processing fees. Transfers are allowed through registration on August 29th. Any substitute team members must hold an annual USAT membership or purchase a single event permit.
Packet Pick-up
Packet pick-up is at the Cherry Creek State Park, Smokey Hill TA on Friday, August 29th between 4:00pm and 7:00pm, and Saturday, August 30th at Cherry Creek State Park, Smokey Hill TA between 5:30am and 7:00am.
Team Roster and Category Changes After Registration
You may add competitors to your team (or solo) roster and/or category after registration by mailing us a printed registration form with your new team roster and a check for the current fee difference. There is no penalty for updating your team, but you must pay the current fee for your new category/each new team member. Please include reference to your original team and team captain and write "ENTRY CHANGE" on the top of the forms.
